Updates and Upgrades

Thank you to everyone who is using the site, and to everyone who makes up this awesome community. I am here to tell you that we plan on making a few changes around here shortly.

Right now, I just fixed the achievement problem. Some of you weren’t getting achievements for things that you did, but hopefully you have them now. Drop a line in the Shuttrr HQ if you run into any more problems like that one.

Second, we intend on fixing issues with the way Flickr is integrated into your profiles. Some people’s photos aren’t being imported properly so a rewrite of that component is coming soon.

Starting tonight there will be privacy features rolled into the site. Users will have control over who can read their blogs, and only registered users will be able to view the main Shuttrr site. By default your blogs will remain public and you are responsible for locking them down to a members only setting.

Hopefully this will give us better control over who can see the site, therefore making sure that only other cool people can have a look into what we’re about.

PS: Don’t forget to follow us on twitter and become a fan on facebook. We’ll also be having more announcements relating to the site design and even more soon.
